The SOCM was established in 1994. The school offers various Programmes like Diploma and Certificate Programme, Graduate Programme, Post-graduate Programme and Ph.D. Programme. The school revised the syllabus of the B.Com. Course as per the UGC model curriculum in Academic year 2017-18 & 2020-21 respectively. According to the New Syllabus and revised structure of the course, the school has prepared new SLM for the same. The school has also introduced M.Com course in the year 2020-21 and later on introduced MBA course in the year 2023. The school has a core Faculty strength of six members.
