Invitation for Establishment of New Open University Study Centers (Learner Support Centers)
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University (BAOU), Ahmedabad, invites applications
from UGC-recognized Universities within Gujarat State and their affiliated
institutions/colleges that fulfill the eligibility criteria prescribed under theUGC (Open and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes) Regulations, 2020 for the establishment of aNew Open University Study Center (Learner Support Center - LSC).
Eligible institutions are required to submit the prescribed application form
available on the University website along with all necessary supporting documents.
Submission Guidelines & Important Dates
- Soft Copy Submission:
The completed application form along with all necessary supporting documents
must be emailed to baou.lsc@baou.edu.in on or before 20/07/2026.
- Hard Copy Submission:
The hard copy of the application form along with required enclosures must be
addressed to:

and submitted on or before 31/07/2026.
