Training and Placement Cell:
The university has a separate Training and Placement Cell (TPC) managed by a dedicated team. The TPC is a platform for the Training and Placement of learners and acts as a window between students and the outside organizations. The Training and Placement Cell establishes contacts with industrial houses to arrange training and placement of the learners.
The office of Training and Placement Cell guides and helps the final year students in securing fruitful career with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus Interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. After registration, all registered BAOU students will be invited to a Pre-Program Talk conducted online by Tata IIS. All your questions and doubts will be addressed in this session.

After the Pre-Program Talk, Tata IIS will conduct an online Interview for all registered BAOU students.

Students who successfully clear the Interview will be given admission to the Premium Retail Associate Program & Training conducted by Tata IIS.

After successfully completing the Training, Tata IIS will assist students with placement and jobs at Brand Jewellery Stores.
ટ્રેઇનિંગ TATA IIS, અમદાવાદ કેમ્પસ ખાતે આપવામાં આવશે. રહેવા અને જમવાની વ્યવસ્થા TATA IIS દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે. ટ્રેઇનિંગ સફળતાપૂર્વક પૂર્ણ કર્યા પછી, Tata IIS વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ટાટા બ્રાન્ડ જ્વેલરી સ્ટોર્સ પર પ્લેસમેન્ટ આપશે.

Once selected, students will pay a refundable deposit of ₹3,500. This will be fully refunded after successful programme completion and 15 days after joining the job location.
સિલેક્ટ થયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ₹3,500 નો રિફન્ડેબલ ડિપોઝિટ ચૂકવવો પડશે. આ ડિપોઝિટની રકમ પ્રોગ્રામ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી અને જૉબ લોકેશન પર જોડાયાના 15 દિવસ બાદ સંપૂર્ણપણે TATA IIS દ્વારા પરત કરવામાં આવશે.
Important Eligibility Criteria
- Age Eligibility: Only students aged 18 to 28 years (completed) are eligible to apply. Students outside this range will not be considered.
ઉંમર કે વયની લાયકાત: આ કાર્યક્રમમાં ૧૮ થી ૨૮ વર્ષના BAOU વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નોંધણી કરાવી શકશે. આ વય શ્રેણીની બહારના વિદ્યાર્થીની નોંધણી માન્ય રહેશે નહિ. - Preferred Courses: Preference will be given to BAOU students from BBA, MBA, BCom, and MCom programmes. Students from other disciplines are also welcome to apply.
પ્રાધાન્ય અભ્યાસક્રમ: BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રાધાન્ય મળી શકે. અન્ય અભ્યાસક્રમના ૧૮–૨૮ વર્ષના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પણ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરી શકે છે.
